Where do I make my booking?

Step 1: Go to BOOK NOW ONLINE

Step 2: Select the dates for checking in and checking out, number of nights, number of guests - adults and children / years and click on the SEARCH button. If you wish to book more than one room, please make and pay the bookings one by one.

For your convenience, please find below a description of the types of price offers:

Booking type– Non Refundable –the amount paid on the booking is non-refundable.

Booking type– Long Stay - booking affording discount at minimum 7 and more nights

Booking type– Refundable – the general terms and conditions for booking shall apply:

# For bookings in the period: 15.06.2017 – 15.09.2017 (inclusive). Cancellations and changes without penalty are made within 15 days prior to check-in date and full refund is available. In the event of cancellations or changes up to 10 days before the date of arrival a penalty of 50% of the reservation price shall be deducted. In the event of cancellations and changes after this timeframe or in case of non-arriving the total amount of the booking is retained as a penalty. Upon earlier departure, the amount of the unused part of the booking is not to be refunded.

# For bookings in the period: to 14.06.2017 (inclusive) and after 16.09.2017 (inclusive). Cancellations and changes 10 days prior to check-in date are accepted without penalty and full refund is available. In the event of cancelations or changes up to 7 days before the date of arrival a penalty of 50% of the reservation price shall be deducted. In the event of cancellations and changes after this timeframe or in case of non-arriving the total amount of the booking is retained as a penalty. Upon earlier departure, the amount of the unused part of the booking is not to be refunded.

# Amounts for paid bookings with discounts for early bookings and special offers are not refundable. For bookings made with discount for early bookings and special offers, no changes are allowed, incl. change of name, room type, type of catering, number of guests, dates of arrival and stay. A change in any of the above parameters shall be considered for a new booking.

# In the event of force majeure requiring cancellation or change of a booking, it is necessary to provide relevant documents and evidence. Refund of the amounts paid is at the discretion of Riviera AD.

Children Policy:

A child up to 2 years of age is registered as a BABY in the booking and accommodated FREE OF CHARGE.

A child aged from 2 years to 11.99 years is registered as a CHILD and benefits from discount.

A guest, at the age of 12 years to the date of accommodation is registered as an ADULT.

Step 3: After selecting the desired room type, please click BOOK NOW.

Step 4: Read and accept the GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS and click CONFIRM. In the GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS, there is additional information that may be useful for the last booking step - credit / debit card payment.

How can I register?

To complete the booking process, you need to register by submitting your personal information. If you already have an account - enter your username and password and click ENTER

If you are returning guest of us, but you make your booking online for the first time, it is possible to have your email address entered into our system and you will get a message that you are already registered. In this case, you can contact us for assistance.

How do I pay my booking?

After confirming the details of your booking, a bank card payment screen will be opened. Please fill in the card details carefully and click PAYMENT.

# To be able to use a debit card for online payments, you need to activate this service and get your secret code which you have to fill in your online payments.

Activation can be done at any ATM in the BORICA network.

Please find below the steps for activating the service and getting your secret code:

1. Place your card at the ATM. Select "Other Services".

2. Select the "Pay via Internet" option from the ATM menu.

3. Select "BORICA Secret Code" from the ATM menu.

4. A message will appear on the ATM screen in the event of successfully generation of your secret code.

You will find the secret code you need for online payments with your debit card on the cash receipt to be printed.

Important: At no time during the booking process, its payment or after the payment, the merchant has no access to the cardholder card details.

# For cards requiring additional 3-D authentication - Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure Code, an authentication page of your Issuing bank opens where you enter your password for authentication.

If the transaction is unsuccessful, try again by carefully entering your card detail. In the event of a second refusal, try payment by another card.

Booking number.

Once payment is made successfully, a file: "Confirmation of booking …" will appear on the screen. It is recommendable to print or save the file on your device for reference, or write down the booking number.

Automatic confirmation of your booking is NOT sent via email.

If you want to check the already created, paid and saved bookings you need to log in the system by using the client login button on the home screen. After clicking the button enter your username and password. At the next step you will see your bookings with six-digit numbers.

Invoice.

After the transaction processing (2-3 business days) you will receive a scanned original invoice issued on a physical person and a confirmation /template / with the booking number by email.

If you would like to receive a company invoice, you need to send us your company information /name, BULSTAT, address and financially liable person / by email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. Please, keep in mind that we will not be able to issue you a company invoice if we have not received the company information at the day of payment. Do not forget to inform us on your booking number.
