GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS IN RIVIERA HOLIDAY CLUB

RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION

RIVIERA HOLIDAY CLUB shall be obliged to provide the use of services, requested and paid by the client under a reservation, in their full amount according to the data provided by the client through the reservation form for: Customer name, period, number of nights of stay, number of adults and children, regular and extra beds, price per night.

In the reservation, as babies are accepted children under the age of 1.9 years as at the date of arrival. In the reservation, as children are accepted guests under the age of 2 years to 11.9 years, as at the date of arrival. A guest, who has reached the age of 12 years as at the date of accommodation, shall be accounted for as an adult.

PRICES, PAYMENT, GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS

Online reservations:

Through the on-line reservation portal of our website you are able to make a reservation by yourself immediately according to the parameters set by you and to pay it through our virtual POS terminal. Thus, you will immediately receive a confirmation for successful and 100% guaranteed reservation.

The reservation is guaranteed after 100% payment.

The field for additional information in the "request for reservation" form does not have binding character for Riviera Holiday Club, as all desires of the customer, completed in the field in question, will be satisfied if possible.

The prices on the website of Riviera Holiday Club are in leva (BGN), with included 9% VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount due from the customer on the reservation is calculated, depending on the number of days, number of adults and children, and the actual price offer for the corresponding period.

We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, V pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro cards.

After you have created and confirmed the reservation, and proceed to its payment the payment page of BORICA opens up. The payment screen is located in a 3-D Secure environment of BORICA, providing full protection of the data, which the customer enters. On this screen the customer enters data from his/her card - card type, number, period of validity and CVV2/СVС2 code. In case of cards, requiring an additional 3-D authentication, at which you are registered in the authentication schemes Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode, an authentication page of your bank Issuer opens up, where you have to enter your password for authentication.

In order to be able to use your debit card for online payments, it is necessary to activate this service and to obtain your secret code, which you should use in your online payments. You can make the activation on any ATM machine in the network of BORICA.

The steps, according to which you can activate your service, and to obtain your secret code are:

Step 1: Insert your card in the ATM machine. Select "Other services".

Step 2: Select from the menu of the ATM machine the option "Payment via Internet".

Step 3: Select from the menu of the ATM machine "Secret code of BORICA".

Step 4: On the ATM screen is shown the message for the successful generation of your secret code.

On the cash receipt that will be printed, you will find the secret code, which you need for online payments with your debit card.

N.B. At no time during the creation of the reservation, the payment or after the payment, the merchant does not have access to the data from the card of the cardholder.

In case of a successful transaction on the screen is visualized a transaction receipt, which you must print out and save.

At the time of the online booking the mentioned amounts will be automatically withdrawn from your card at the conclusion of the payment process.

After a successful payment of the value of the created reservation, you will receive a confirmation, number and parameters of your guaranteed reservation.

Please keep in mind that guests without 100% advance payment of the reservation will not be accommodated.

Riviera Holiday Club reserves its right to change the prices and special offers on its website depending on the demand and the currently available vacancies. In case of confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of the presented new price offers.

After that you will receive an accommodation offer. Please note that the offer is valid for a 4-day period after receiving the offer. To guarantee your reservation You have to pay a deposit equal to 100% of the calculated price. The payment can be made in two ways:

1. Electronically with a debit or credit card

When requesting a willingness to pay a reservation with a credit or debit card without using the service Virtual POS terminal together with the offerof the client will be sent an authorization form. By completing, signing and sending the authorization form form, the Client gives his/her consent for using the details of the card ( number, CVC code) in order to be withdrawn the specified in the reservation amount. For greater security of your data it is recommended the authorization form to be sent to fax: +359 52 386 709

Upon successful withdrawal of the amount, you will receive an invoice for advance payment, a transaction receipt for the payment transaction made, a confirmation for guaranteed reservation.

N.B.

Bookings in which the reserving person has indicated in the authorization form a foreign debit/credit card are not accepted. If the reserving person cannot indicate his/her own debit/credit card, in order to ensure his/her booking with advance payment he/she may pay it through the virtual POS terminal in the online reservation module on the website of the hotel or to make a bank transfer.

For reservations in which the person making the reservation is different from the user of the reservation an advance payment through physical POS terminal without the presence of the card shall not be accepted. In these cases we recommend the customers to pay in advance their stay through the virtual POS terminal in the online reservation module on the website of the hotel or with a bank transfer.

In case of reservation with a starting date on the next day and in cases where there is no more than three days between the date of the reservation and the date of the accommodation, we advise you to use the possibility to book and pay your stay directly through our online reservation portal, which will speed up the process of acceptance, processing, confirmation and guaranteeing your reservation.

2. Via bank transfer

If you choose this payment method a pro forma invoice will be sent to you with data for the bank accounts of Riviera PLC. After making the bank transfer it is necessary to send a copy of the payment order or deposit slip to fax: +359 52 386 709 or e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., as mandatory you should enter the number of the offer as reason for payment.

Upon successful payment of the value of the reservation on the offer, you will receive an invoice for advance payment and confirmation of the guaranteed reservation.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS

Riviera Holiday Club reserves its right to charge, withhold and require from the customers all amounts for penalties on canceled, changed or early terminated reservations according to the announced cancellation conditions:

  1. For reservations in the period: 15.06.2017 – 15.09.2017 (including)
    • Cancellations and changes without penalty shall be made up to 15 days before the date of accommodation, as the full amount shall be refunded.
    • In case of cancellation or changes up to 10 days before the date of arrival as a penalty shall be withheld 50% of the total value of the reservation.
    • In case of cancellation or changes after this period or in case of nonarrival the total value of the reservation shall be withhold as a penalty.
    • In case of shortened stay, the value of the unused part of the reservation shall not be refunded.
  2. For reservations in the period: To 14.06.2017 (including) and after 16.09.2017 (including)
    • Cancellations and changes 10 days before the date of accommodation are accepted without penalty, as the full amount shall be refunded.
    • In case of cancellation or changes up to 7 days before the date of accommodation as a penalty shall be withheld 50% of the amount of the reservation.
    • In case of cancellation or changes after this period or in case of nonarrival the total value of the reservation shall be withhold as a penalty.
    • In case of shortened stay, the value of the unused part of the reservation shall not be refunded.
  3. Amounts for paid reservations with discount for early bookings and special offers shall not be refunded. For the reservations, made with discount for early bookings and special offers shall not be permitted the following changes - change of names, type of room, type of feeding, number of guests, dates of arrival and stay. A change in one of the above parameters will be considered as a new reservation.
  4. In cases of force majeure, imposing cancellation or change of the reservation, it is necessary the relevant documents and evidence to be submitted. Then the refund of the paid amounts is at the discretion of Riviera AD.

The refunding of the paid amounts on canceled reservations, will be made on the manner in which the payment is received:

  • When paying with a debit/credit card - via a transaction on the card, with which the payment on the reservation has been made;
  • When paying by bank transfer - via bank transfer on the account, from which the payment on the reservation is received;
  • The refund of amounts shall be made in 30-day period from the date of the cancellation.
