1. How do I get to the hotel?

2. What time is check-in at the hotel?

Check-in is after 15:00.

3. Can I check in before 3pm?

Your wish for an earlier check-in or a late check-out will be granted if possible, only after prior clarification with the reception and upon payment of the relevant fee.

4. Is ID required at check-in?

Yes, a valid photo ID or passport is required for hotel check-in.

5. I will arrive very late at the hotel, will there be a problem with my late check-in?

Our reception is at your disposal 24/7.

6. Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets are not allowed on the territory of Riviera Holiday Club.

7. Do you have parking in the complex?

Yes, the complex has paid parking. The fee is: BGN 20 per car per day for guests staying 1-6 nights in the period June 1 - September 11.

We also have free parking for all guests with a minimum stay of 7 nights and for the period - before June 1 and after September 11, 2022.

Parking fee is paid on site in the complex.

8. Is smoking allowed in the rooms?

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in all indoor areas of the complex. If a violation is found, a fee of BGN 100 will be added to the room bill.

9. Do you offer wireless internet?

Yes, we offer wireless internet on the territory of the complex (rooms, common areas).

10. Do the rooms have a safe?

Yes, there is a safe in your hotel room. The hotel management recommends storing your valuables in it. The hotel is not responsible for money and valuables not left for safekeeping.

11. Do you have accessible rooms for people with disabilities?

Yes, we have fully accessible rooms for people with reduced mobility. The complex and the beach are also fully accessible.

12. Are photos and video recording allowed in the hotel?

Commercial photography or video recording is not permitted on the grounds of the complex without express written permission from management.

Our first priority is the tranquility of mind of our guests, so we have a strict policy against the use of any of our locations for unauthorized professional or commercial photography or videography.

13. Is there a noise policy in the complex?

In order to provide maximum comfort and tranquility of mind to all guests, we ask that you observe the following recreation hours:

  • From 23:00 to 09:00
  • From 14:00 to 16:00

If you find a violation, please contact the reception of the relevant hotel.

14. When are the rooms cleaned?

Rooms are cleaned daily from 09:00 to 16:00. If you would like your towels to be changed, please leave them on the bathroom floor. If you have put up a "do not disturb" sign and after 16:00 you change it to please clean, your room will not be cleaned.

We kindly ask you not to take white towels out of your room.

You will get information about a pool towel from the Reception.

15. Can I take advantage of the "internal credit" service?

If you wish to use the "internal credit" service, it is necessary to provide your credit card details and fill out a "consent form". For more information, please contact the hotel reception.

16. By what time do I have to vacate the room?

Check-out time is until 12:00.

If you wish to stay longer, please contact the reception team. Late check-out is subject to an additional charge.

17. Can I pay by bank card?

Yes, we accept payments with all major debit and credit cards.

18. Do you have the hotel's COVID-19 containment policy?

19. Do I need a pcr test to enter the country and stay at the hotel?
