Step 1: Go to "BOOK ONLINE".

Step 2: Select the dates for checking in and checking out, number of nights, number of guests - adults and children / years and click on the SEARCH button. If you wish to book more than one room, please make and pay the bookings one by one.

For your convenience, please find below a description of the types of price offers for season 2024:

Booking type – RR-Refundable rate:

• For bookings in the period: 17.06.2024 – 10.09.2024 (including). Cancellations without penalty shall be made up to 3 days before the date of accommodation, as the full amount shall be refunded. In case of cancellation after this period, 30% of the amount due for the reservation is deducted as a penalty. In case of a non-arrival or shortened stay - the total value of the reservation shall be withheld as a penalty. Changes are not accepted (change of names, dates, number of guests)
• For bookings in the period: to 16.06.2024 (including) and after 11.09.2024 (including). Cancellations without penalty shall be made up to 1 day before the date of accommodation, as the full amount shall be refunded In case of cancellation after this period, 30% of the amount due for the reservation is deducted as a penalty. In case of a non-arrival or shortened stay - the total value of the reservation shall be withheld as a penalty. Changes are not accepted (change of names, dates, number of guests)

Booking type – Refundable "Special offer-refundable" and "Special price-refundable":

• Cancellations without penalty shall be made up to 14 days before the date of accommodation, as the full amount shall be refunded. In case of cancellation after this period, 100% of the amount due for the reservation is deducted as a penalty. In case of a non-arrival or shortened stay - the total value of the reservation shall be withheld as a penalty. Changes are not accepted (change of names, dates, number of guests)

Booking type – “Early Booking-refundable” till 31.12.2023*:

* The Early Booking discount is valid until 31.12.23 for bookings with a minimum stay of 3 nights throughout the season

In case of a non-arrival or shortened stay - the total value of the reservation shall be withheld as a penalty. Changes are not accepted (change of names, dates, number of guests)

Booking type - non refundable:

• Cancellations are not allowed. In case of cancellation a penalty equal 100% of the total amount for the reservation shall be withheld. In case of a non-arrival or shortened stay - the total value of the reservation shall be withheld as a penalty. Changes are not accepted (change of names, dates, number of guests)

Children Policy:

• A child up to 2 years of age is registered as a BABY in the booking and accommodated FREE OF CHARGE.
• A child aged from 2 years to 11.99 years is registered as a CHILD and benefits from discount.
• A guest, at the age of 12 years to the date of accommodation is registered as an ADULT.

Step 3: After selecting the desired room type, please click BOOK NOW.

Step 4: Read and accept the GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS and click CONFIRM. In the GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS, there is additional information that may be useful for the last booking step - credit / debit card payment.

After confirming the details of your booking, a bank card payment screen will be opened. Please fill in the card details carefully and click PAYMENT.

# To be able to use a debit card for online payments, you need to activate this service and get your secret code which you have to fill in your online payments.

Activation can be done at any ATM in the BORICA network.

Important: At no time during the booking process, its payment or after the payment, the merchant has no access to the cardholder card details.

# For cards requiring additional 3-D authentication - Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure Code, an authentication page of your Issuing bank opens where you enter your password for authentication.

If the transaction is unsuccessful, try again by carefully entering your card detail. In the event of a second refusal, try payment by another card, and /or contact your bank authority.

Booking number

Once payment is made successfully, a file: "Confirmation of booking № …" will appear on the screen. It is recommendable to print or save the file on your device for reference, or write down the booking number.

Automatic confirmation of your booking is NOT sent via email.

If you want to check the already created, paid and saved bookings you need to log in the system by using the client login button on the home screen. After clicking the button enter your username and password. At the next step you will see your bookings with six-digit numbers.

Invoice.

After the transaction processing (2-3 business days) you will receive a scanned original invoice issued on a physical person and a confirmation /template / with the booking number by email.

If you would like to receive a company invoice, you need to send us your company information /name, BULSTAT, address and financially liable person / by email: info@rivierabulgaria.com. Please, keep in mind that we will not be able to issue you a company invoice if we have not received the company information at the day of payment. Do not forget to inform us on your booking number.
